Ask the board — type what the candidate needs in plain English and hit Ask. It ranks your accounts, showing a green ✓ where the account matches, a gray ? where you haven't filled that field in yet, and a red ✕ where it conflicts. Try: "40 hours, sit down, music ok, no steel toes".
Sell sheet — click any client name in the table (outside Edit mode) to get an instant talk-track: a pitch built from the SELL columns and an expectations script built from the screening columns, with copy buttons.
Filter the table — the search box under the ask panel instantly filters rows by any word.
Edit — click Edit mode, then click any cell to type. + Add account adds a row. As you click out of a cell, the board auto-standardizes it: shift times become 6:00a–2:30p, hours become clean numbers, and yes/no answers become Yes/No (keeping any note, e.g. Yes – Sat). Edits auto-save to your browser as you go.
Making edits permanent for everyone (any browser): this is a static file, so there is no shared server. When you finish editing, click 💾 Save to file — it downloads a copy of the whole board with your data baked in. Re-upload that file to Netlify or Cloudflare Pages (replacing the old one) and every teammate, on any browser or device, sees the updated data. Think of the file itself as the database.
Swap the avatar — click "change image" under the agent to use your real Spark Ops AI graphic.
Note: this is a static file, so the Ask agent runs a fast keyword-matcher in the browser (no server, no API cost). It reads the words in your query and maps them to the columns. The more you fill in the grid, the sharper it gets.
